Abendessen im Gourmetrestaurant "Meeresblick" in Göhren. Heute steht der in Kräutern gebeizte Ostseelachs mit Frischkäse vom Ziegenhof auf der Speisekarte. Als Hauptgang wird Rückenfilet vom Reh an Wacholdersoße mit Pfifferlingen serviert. "Moderne regionale Küche" heißt das Erfolgsrezept des Küchenchefs. Ein Gaumenschmaus, der zudem den Geldbeutel nicht über Gebühr belastet. Zum Dessert gibt es Variationen vom Sommerblüteneis.
